HRT Family Lawyers & Mediators offer mediation and dispute resolution for parties involved in family law disputes.

We conduct mediations across Southeast Queensland including:

Sunshine Coast
Brisbane
Gold Coast
Toowoomba

with no extra cost for travel for full day mediations.

Our Accredited Family Law Specialist, Amelia Trotman:

Is an accredited Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner registered with the Attorney-General’s Department (Cth).
Can issue section 60I certificates in parenting matters.
Can issue the mandatory Certificate of Dispute Resolution (FCFCOA Central Practice Direction) for all family law disputes.
Has more than 17 years’ experience dealing with complex family law matters.
Is committed to assisting parties to reach a resolution and avoid the court process wherever possible.

Our rates:

Issuing invitations and S60I certificate (where mediation doesn’t proceed)	$ 200 plus GST
Full day mediation 9am – 5pm	$3,000 plus GST
Half day mediation 9am – 1pm	$2,000 plus GST

Room hire can be arranged where necessary which will be charged at cost.
